  • 1998: expert assistance to Mr Tom Sheridan in his independent assessment of certain questions pertaining to the sale of ETSA and Optima, for the SA Department of Treasury and Finance
  • 1998: the development of community service obligation (CSO) guidelines and the re-estimation of CSO payments consistent with those guidelines, for the NT Treasury
  • 1998: separate advice to two State Treasuries on the economic and budgetary policies necessary for upgrades in their respective Government's credit ratings
  • 1998: project managing a Government-initiated strategic review of the Power and Water Authority of the Northern Territory, for the NT Treasury
